Join me for a dose of moving meditation, power inspired flow. I will guide you through an energetic practice, that builds strength, core stability, and connection to breath. This is a class to move your body, sweat and challenge yourself. I focus on teaching you to work your body more efficiently though constant attention to our foundations, alignment and breath.
You can expect sun salutations, twists, hip openers, inversions and detoxify you body, increase muscle tone and flexibility whilst having an experience of concentrating the mind connecting to your body and cultivating self-awareness, feeling powerful and alive.
All you need is your mat.
